

Term and Conditions
Trail Alpine is the trading name of Trail Alpine limited
Your holiday will form two separate contacts. Firstly, you will be contracted with Trail Alpine for all ground arrangements (accommodation, transfers etc.) secondly all flights will be booked with atol holders for whom Trail Alpine act as agents. When a flight booking has been accepted by us you will be issued with Atol receipt, which confirms that the money is held by us on behalf of an Atol holder. A new contract will exist between you and the Atol holder once they issue a conformation invoice, which we will forward to you on behalf of the Atol holder.
Once your holiday is booked the holiday price (includes ski packs) is guaranteed against any change. There will be no surcharges.Trail Alpine reserves the right to change any flight arrangements (e.g. flight times); clients will be advised of changes that may occur. When you travel with an airline, the conditions of that airline will apply. Clients are responsible for arriving at the outbound airport with sufficient time to complete all formalities required. Entry to certain countries by clients that do not hold an UK/EEC passport may require a visa. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have compiled with all the necessary Visa regulations.
Trail Alpine cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or cost associated with adverse weather conditions. The snow guarantee is only applicable to clients who have taken our holiday insurance policy. Policy conditions apply. It is a condition of booking that all clients hold valid medical insurance policy. Ski guiding is provided as a free service to our clients. Trail Alpine accepts no liability for the security of clients belongings either in transit, on the mountain, in the chalet or in storage areas. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have adequate insurance for theft and/or damage to their belongings. All clients ski at their own risk; Trail alpine cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injury however caused. Trail Alpine reserves the right to restrict the size of any ski-guiding group. Should this service not be available at any time we cannot be held responsible. Chalet holiday prices include the following meals - 1 x breakfast, 7 x afternoon tea and 6 x evening meal. All payments by credit card will incur a 2.75% handling charge.
Prices All prices are per person in £ sterling and do not include transfers, accommodation and board and all local taxes. Ski guiding is free and subject to local regulations that may only allow a limited service at times. Ski passes, ski and boot hire and ski lessons can be booked when you make your holiday booking. If requested the above will be added to your final holiday confirmation.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your holiday after a booking has been made you must advise Trail Alpine immediately in writing. The effective date of your cancellation is the date that Trail Alpine receives your written notification of your cancellation.
If for some reason Trail Alpine has to cancel your holiday as specified on your booking form, an alternative of equal or higher quality will be offered or Trail Alpine will refund all monies (less any insurance premiums paid) that you have paid to Trail Alpine.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
10 or more weeks before departure: Charged as a % of your holiday cost Deposit
10 – 4 weeks before departure 50%
4 – 2 weeks before departure 75%
2 weeks or less before departure 100%
